As a small company, we expect you to manage the entire finance and accounts department with tasks ranging from performing internal day to day financial transactions to coordinating with outside auditors and banks as required.

Job Description         

• Ensure proper accounting operations, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash receipts, treasury, and revenue and expenditure analysis, all through accounting software in accordance with accounting principles.
• Perform day-to-day banking business, liaise with bank, and carry out necessary correspondence.
• Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliation and trial balance.
• Maintain billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and maintain records with compliance as per Income Tax Ordinance, VAT & Supplementary Act.
• Audit financial transactions and documents; coordinate with outside auditors and provide needed information for the annual external audit.
• Provide recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Conform with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Execute relevant tasks based as necessity

Educational Qualifications:

BBA/ MBA in accounting from reputed university.

Additional Requirements:

• Good command over MS Excel, Word is must
• Experienced on working ERPNext, Quick book or Zero is plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as due.
• Quick Learner and attentive to details
• Good analytical skill
• Honest and have good sense of responsibility
• Abilty to work independently with minimal supervision
