Delivering 100% success-driven, tailored ERP solutions trusted by both global and local clients.
Odoo is a scalable open-source ERP platform that has become a viable choice for high-growth companies. The system, available in open-source (Odoo Community) and licensed (Odoo Enterprise) versions, facilitates the automation of all core business workflows and processes and is actively used by more than seven million users around the globe.
Odoo is organised as a suite of apps rather than one monolith: sales and CRM, purchasing, inventory across multiple warehouses, accounting and invoicing, manufacturing with bills of materials, project management, HR, point of sale, e-commerce and website. You adopt the ones you need and add others later, which is why it suits companies that expect their requirements to keep changing.
The Community and Enterprise choice matters more than most buyers expect. Community is free to licence and covers a great deal; Enterprise adds the mobile apps, the studio customisation tools, more accounting depth and official support. Which one is right depends on the apps you need and how much customisation you expect, and it is far cheaper to settle that before an implementation than midway through one.
Invento is listed in Odoo’s partner directory. Our Odoo work sits alongside our ERPNext practice, and where either platform could serve you we will say which we think fits and why. They are not interchangeable, and the differences show up in accounting depth, manufacturing and licence cost rather than on a feature checklist.
An implementation starts with your processes rather than the app list. We map how purchasing, stock and month-end actually run today, agree what should change and what the system should absorb as it is, then roll out in phases so each phase produces figures your team can check against a period they already know. Data migration, training and documentation are part of the work rather than extras quoted afterwards.
Invento helped us solve our complex Warehouse Management solution with Odoo.
Our consultants start by analyzing your business needs and existing workflows and evaluate the most effective ways to automate them with Odoo software. Then we prepare a solid implementation strategy along with the project timeline, and deliverables and calculate TCO & ROI.
Standard Odoo solutions sometimes might not fit all business requirements. We know that very well. Our strong design & development team provides all sorts of Odoo customization solutions to align it with the customer’s vision.
Nowadays the whole world is connected. We help connect ERP solutions with the company’s existing software or any other internal software or apps with our powerful API system.
We make a strong implementation plan, set a solid strategy, and implement ERP software solutions in your organization. Our end-to-end implementation includes process analysis, strategy, deployment, training, and all.
We validate ERP software functionality, performance, compatibility, and usability to ensure it meets the company’s requirements and user expectations. We tie up for long-term ongoing maintenance with clients.
The 24 modules below cover five broad areas of the business:
Finance & sales – Accounting, CRM, Sales, Point of Sale, Subscriptions
Operations & supply chain – Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Planning, Field Service
Projects & productivity – Project, Timesheets, Documents, Sign, Knowledge, Studio, Discuss
Website & marketing – Website, Social Marketing, Email Marketing
People & support – HR, Helpdesk, Rental, Dashboard
Most implementations start with two or three of these rather than all 24 at once – which ones depends on which process is costing you the most time today.
An ERP decision usually involves more than one person, and each one is weighing something different. A quick way to focus your evaluation:
Founders and business owners typically weigh total cost of ownership, how disruptive the switch will be during rollout, and how soon the system pays for itself. If that’s you, a short call to walk through your numbers and timeline is usually the fastest way to get a clear answer – book a free consultation.
CTOs and IT leaders typically weigh data ownership, integration and API access, hosting and security model, and how far the platform can be customised without forking core code. The module breakdown above and Odoo’s official documentation are good starting points for technical due diligence.
Operations and finance managers typically weigh how closely the system matches existing workflows, reporting accuracy, and how much retraining the team will need. Our case studies show what real rollouts have looked like for other Bangladeshi businesses.
With 10+ years of enterprise delivery experience, we have architected and solved hundreds of industry-specific business workflows. We bring this proven engineering rigor to transform your business operations.

Odoo is an open-source business management platform covering accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, HR and CRM as separate apps you switch on as you need them. You can run the free Community edition on your own server, or pay per user per month for the hosted editions.
Odoo publishes two paid tiers: Standard at $24.90 per user per month billed annually, and Custom at $49.00, which is the first tier including Odoo Studio, multi-company and the external API. A One App Free plan covers a single app for unlimited users. Implementation is costed separately from the licence.
Not as standard. The National Board of Revenue requires a Mushak-6.3 VAT invoice on every sale, and Odoo’s out-of-the-box invoice does not match that form. It is localisation work on any ERP, and it is the part of a Bangladeshi implementation most often underestimated. Scope it explicitly before you sign.
It depends far less on Odoo than on how many of your processes are non-standard and how clean your existing data is. A single-company finance and inventory rollout is a different project from a multi-warehouse manufacturer with custom workflows. Ask any partner to size it against your process list, not against a generic timeline.
Yes, through its external API – but note that the API is only available on the Custom tier, not Standard. If you need to exchange data with a warehouse system, a payment gateway or existing accounting software, price the Custom tier from the start.
