CloudBook is a SAAS-based online retail platform developed for small entrepreneurs to solve their specific business problems. With CloudBook any retailer can create a shop online within minutes and can manage his entire retail business including sales, inventory management, or daily expenses from a single point online.

Bangladesh’s economy is growing rapidly. Currently, it’s the 41st largest economy in the world and 2nd largest in South Asia. By 2030 it will be the 26th largest economy in the world. As of 2020, Bangladesh’s retail market size is $16 Billion. More than 4.5 Million retailers are operating in the market.

However, retailers in Bangladesh have found very limited growth over the years because of their inaccuracy in business operation management. Most of their time they spend on operational activities and sales. Lack of data and no proper visibility of business create barriers for them in decision-making and expansion.

We have built a simple and easiest online retail SAAS platform for small retailers. Any retailer can simply open his / her retail shop in the CloudBook platform within a few minutes and start managing their retail business in no time.

We have built a very easy and cost-effective subscription method with which retailers can subscribe for a month or longer period of time. They can cancel their membership anytime so it is value for money for them with minimal investment for using software.

How We have done it ?

Problem Definition & Customer Persona

By teaming up with the client we have done extensive research, and analysis and gathered data to define the problem statement. We have identified customer persona and conducted services in local retail stores to understand their pain point.


We have done several sketching, building wireframes and paper prototypes to visualize working solutions, we have designed user experiences and taken feedback from the users to validate the user journey and reduce time during development.

Features Definition

After our problem is defined, enough feedback on the prototype, and extensive research now we have started defining the core features we have to build for MVP. In this stage, we have to prioritize the most important features.

Developing MVP

At this stage we have started developing MVP, We have chosen the latest technologies to build bug-free and high-quality MVP that users can start using right away. Our agile approach helped us to build the software that we needed. When MVP was ready we started taking feedback again from users and kept changing our product constantly to make our product ready for the first version launch.
