The ideal candidate will lead complex software and ERP projects, work directly with local and international clients, and ensure successful project delivery through effective business analysis and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Lead the business analysis function for software and ERP projects from initiation to delivery.
- Communicate directly with foreign clients, conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, presentations, and regular project meetings.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Oversee and lead ERP implementations, including configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with development and implementation teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and existing ERP functionalities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and providing business process improvement recommendations.
- Develop BRDs, SRSs, process documentation, user manuals, training materials, and support change management initiatives.
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to improving internal BA standards, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Must have experience communicating and dealing with foreign/international clients.
- 3+ years of proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction or project-based industries will be an advantage.
- Deep familiarity with ERPNext or other open-source ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
