Manufacturing business automation for Trade Mode Trimming
We have helped Trade Mode Trimming a garments accessories manufacturing company to automate their entire service with our ERP software.
We have been providing ERPNext implementation solutions for over 10 years in Bangladesh. We have a dedicated team of ERPNext experts which includes business analysts to developers. Our ERPNext consulting, development, and implementation aims to support companies with customizing, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading the ERPNext platform.
ERPNext is an open-source ERP platform built on the Frappe framework. In one system it covers accounting, stock across multiple warehouses, purchasing and supplier management, sales and CRM, manufacturing with bills of materials and production planning, projects, HR and payroll, and an asset register, with reporting sitting over all of it. Because the source is open, the data model can be extended to match how your business already works rather than the other way round.
It fits companies that have outgrown accounting software and spreadsheets but do not want the licence cost or the rigidity of a traditional enterprise suite – manufacturers, distributors, retailers and service businesses running anywhere from a few dozen users to several hundred. It is a weaker fit where a regulated, industry-specific product already does most of the work out of the box, and we will tell you if that is your situation.
Invento is listed in Frappe’s official partner directory, which lists one ERPNext Expert and two Framework Experts among the team’s credentials.
An implementation with us starts with your processes rather than the software. We map how you actually run purchasing, stock and month-end, agree what should change and what the system should absorb as it is, then roll out in phases so each phase produces numbers your team can check against a period they already know. Data migration, user training and documentation are part of the work rather than extras quoted afterwards.
| Likely a good fit | Needs a closer look first |
|---|---|
| Outgrown spreadsheets or entry-level accounting software | A regulated, industry-specific product already covers most of the requirement |
| Running purchasing, stock, sales and accounting as separate, disconnected tools | Requirements are still changing faster than a phased rollout could keep up with |
| Team size from a few dozen to several hundred users | No internal owner able to sign off process and data decisions during the project |
ERPNext’s module set is documented in full by Frappe – see the official ERPNext documentation for module-by-module detail beyond what’s summarised here.
An ERP decision usually involves more than one person, and each one is weighing something different. A quick way to focus your evaluation:
Founders and business owners typically weigh total cost of ownership, how disruptive the switch will be during rollout, and how soon the system pays for itself. If that’s you, a short call to walk through your numbers and timeline is usually the fastest way to get a clear answer – book a free consultation.
CTOs and IT leaders typically weigh data ownership, integration and API access, hosting and security model, and how far the platform can be customised without forking core code. The fit table above and the official ERPNext documentation are good starting points for technical due diligence.
Operations and finance managers typically weigh how closely the system matches existing workflows, reporting accuracy, and how much retraining the team will need. Our case studies show what real rollouts have looked like for other Bangladeshi businesses.
We help companies analyze their current business processes, help them select the most suitable ERP solutions within the budget, and plan the smoothest implementation strategy for them.
A standard ERP solution cannot fit all business requirements. We know that very well. Our strong ERP developer team customizes our ERP solution based on the customer’s business needs.
Nowadays the whole world is connected. We help connect ERP solutions with the company’s existing software or any other internal software or apps with our powerful API system.
We make a strong implementation plan, set a solid strategy, and implement ERP software solutions in your organization. Our end-to-end implementation includes process analysis, strategy, deployment, training, and all.
We validate ERP software functionality, performance, compatibility, and usability to ensure it meets the company’s requirements and user expectations. We tie up for long-term ongoing maintenance with clients.

Manufacturing business automation for Trade Mode Trimming
We have helped Trade Mode Trimming a garments accessories manufacturing company to automate their entire service with our ERP software.

How our software implementations solve specific operational, supply chain, and fiscal challenges across diverse industries in Bangladesh.
Integrated 5 core operational modules: multi-level assembly BOM, production work orders, raw material purchasing, and multi-warehouse stock management.
Deployed end-to-end medical supply chain automation featuring strict diagnostic batch/expiry tracking, distributor ordering portals, and automated NBR VAT invoicing.
Unified retail store POS checkout, salon services, and central warehouse procurement across 3 business wings with real-time register reconciliation.
Consolidated 3 sister concern companies into a single multi-company ERP instance, migrating operations away from manual logbooks with a dedicated 3-engineer squad.
“ We strongly recommend Invento Software Limited and their ERP software to everyone and wish them best of luck.”
How our engineering credentials in the official Frappe partner directory translate into reliable, enterprise-grade ERPNext implementations.
Invento is recognized in the official Frappe Partner Directory, reflecting certified ERPNext and Frappe Framework technical expertise across our engineering squad.
We build custom business logic using native Frappe custom apps, DocType schema extensions, server scripts, and hooks—preserving core framework maintainability and clean version upgrades.
Enterprise server deployments configured on Ubuntu Linux with Nginx reverse proxy, MariaDB database indexing, Redis caching, and automated encrypted backups for high-traffic operations.
Turnkey localization compliant with Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) requirements, automating Mushak 6.3/6.5 generation, TDS/VDS deductions, and fiscal reporting directly inside ERPNext Accounts.
Direct operational feedback from enterprise technology leaders, manufacturing plants, and retail distributors running production workflows on Invento solutions.
Invento helped us solve our complex Warehouse Management solution with Odoo.
Invento structured our multi-stage assembly BOMs and work orders directly into ERPNext, giving our production teams real-time visibility from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch.
Connecting our retail outlets and central warehouse through ERPNext eliminated stock discrepancy between online channels and physical retail counters.
We are pleased that Barcode Fashion got an easy-to-use software solution from Invento which reduced our customer service counter delays significantly.
A finance book in ERPNext lets you keep more than one parallel set of accounting entries against the same transactions – most often one following local statutory rules and one following a group or IFRS treatment. You tag entries to a book and report on each separately without duplicating the underlying documents.
ERPNext dashboards are assembled from number cards, charts and shortcuts rather than written in code. You define a dashboard chart against a doctype, choose the aggregation and time period, then place the charts on a workspace. No developer is required for standard reporting.
The software is free under GPLv3 and there is no per-user licence, which is the main structural difference from most ERP platforms. You still pay for hosting – from about $5 per month on Frappe Cloud, or your own server costs – and for implementation, customisation and support.
Not out of the box. Mushak-6.3 invoicing and the related VAT registers require localisation work, the same as on any ERP platform sold here. Ask to see it working on a live system rather than described in a proposal.
Yes, if customisation is done in a separate app rather than by editing core files. ERPNext supports custom fields, custom doctypes and server scripts through its own tooling, which survive version upgrades. Direct core edits do not, and are the usual reason an ERPNext instance becomes stuck on an old version.
Do you have a unique idea? You need a good technology partner to bring it into life? Or do you need an enterprise solution to solve your complex business challenges?
