Job Responsibilities

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with foreign clients is must.
Develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP, including API development and integration.
Should have sound knowledge on multiple frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, and Bootstrap is a must.
Handle relational databases like MySQL, ensuring data integrity and optimized performance.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage deployment processes, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement security best practices at all stages of the development lifecycle, including data encryption and authentication mechanisms.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshooting issues and scaling applications as needed.

Additional Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
Ability to listen to personnel, understand their needs, propose alternatives, and specify the best solution.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
