About the project
Syngenta is one of the leading agricultural companies in the world. They have operations in more than 125 countries. For representing their activities in Bangladesh Syngenta approached us to develop their official website.
We helped Syngenta to create its official website. We have followed strict brand guidelines set by Syngenta Global and their technical rules. We used a custom Drupal environment under the supervision of the Syngenta Global technology team to set up the platform. Our content team worked on rewriting both Bangla and English content for the website.

Challenges
- Syngenta Bangladesh lacked a comprehensive online platform to showcase its products, services, and initiatives.
- Farmers and collaborator faced challenges in accessing relevant agricultural information, product details, and technical resources.
- There was a need to establish effective communication channels to engage with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other collaborator.


How we have done it?
Syngenta Bangladesh collaborated with us, guided by global team of Drupal experts, to design and develop a user-friendly, informative, and interactive website tailored to meet the needs of its target audience. The following steps were undertaken:
Requirement Analysis
A detailed analysis of Syngenta Bangladesh’s objectives, target audience, content requirements, and functionality expectations was conducted to define the scope of the project.
Design Conceptualization
Based on the requirements, wireframes and design mockups were created to visualize the layout, navigation structure, and overall user interface of the website. Emphasis was placed on a responsive design to ensure optimal viewing experience across various devices.
Content Development
Engaging and informative content, including product descriptions, technical resources, agronomic advice, success stories, and news updates, was curated and optimized for search engines to enhance visibility.
Website Development
The website was developed using Drupal, a robust content management system, by the global team of Drupal experts, to facilitate easy content updates, scalability, and integration of interactive features such as inquiry forms, chat support, and multimedia content.
Testing and Optimization
Rigorous testing procedures were implemented to ensure cross-browser compatibility, functionality testing, and usability assessment. Feedback from collaborator and end-users was collected and incorporated to refine the website further.
Launch and Promotion
Upon successful testing and approval, the website was officially launched, accompanied by a promotional campaign across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and industry events, to generate awareness and drive traffic.
