Challenges
It’s always been a challenge to build a brand identity of an organisation which serves to customers from more than 50 nationalities. Diversified culture and made IC already an unique club which mostly caters to personnels from different foreign missions, UN organisation’s and multi national big enterprises.
An Official website, Payment System for club members, brand materials for the club all this were not so easy to prepare keeping customer persona of International Recreation Club in Mind.
Our Solution
User Research
We have started with user research, we used different methodologies and prepared customer person for International Club Dhaka. Based on customer persona we have planned our design
UI / UX & Website
We have prepared minimal and easy navigating UI for the website and payment application. We kept everything very simple and used trendy design for the website. After the approval we have developed the website with popular CMS technology WordPress. We used the power of WordPress to keep it easily manageable and budget friendly development.
Membership & Payment Portal
We have used WordPress to built online member registration system & Larval to built an easy payment portal for the club where they can easily pay their membership fees
Integrations
We have integrated the payment portal with local payment getaway and their everything is included with the Backoffice ERP solution.
Brand Materials
We have prepared multiple brand materials for them including Digital Menu, Digital Brochures and Leaflets.
