Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Frappe and ERPNext.
• Design and implement custom DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful services.
• Optimize database structures and ensure system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Develop front-end components using JS, HTML, CSS, and Jinja templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Deploy and manage Frappe applications on cloud servers.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with foreign clients is must.
• Familiarity with bench commands, server deployment, and role-based permissions.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in ERP or business software development.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and UI/UX best practices.

• Ability to listen to personnel, understand their needs, propose alternatives, and specify the best solution.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
