Mid to Senior Level Python Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using python, including API development and integration.
• Design and customize ERPNext or Odoo products to meet business requirements.
• Should have sound knowledge on multiple python framework like Django, Frappe.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, and Bootstrap is a plus.
• Handle relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and optimized performance.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage deployment processes, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement security best practices at all stages of the development lifecycle, including data encryption and authentication mechanisms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshooting issues and scaling applications as needed.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with foreign clients is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to listen to personnel, understand their needs, propose alternatives, and specify the best solution.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
