Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a responsible, sincere and hardworking individual to work with us in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and friendly company culture as Odoo Functional Consultant with minimum 3–5 years of professional experience. We expect you to manage our projects and help us to implement new technologies in them.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the business analysis function for software and Odoo projects from initiation to delivery.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Oversee & lead Odoo implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with development and implementation teams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and existing Odoo functionalities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and providing insights for business optimization.
• Develop process documentation, user manuals, training materials, and support change management initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts and assist in developing internal BA standards and templates.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of Proven experience in Odoo implementation (e.g., ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CSE, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
