Sales Executive – ERP / Software Solutions

Invento Software Limited is a software development company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We design and build custom software, web and mobile applications, and e-commerce solutions. Our strong and dedicated team includes software developers, IT specialists, and digital marketing and branding experts.
Invento Software Limited is an ERPNext implementation and consulting company with 120+ successful projects across Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Services. We work with local and international clients and receive qualified inbound leads regularly.
 
We are looking for a confident, consultative sales professional who can convert warm leads into paying clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound ERPNext software leads.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify client requirements.
  • Present ERPNext solutions and services to decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Follow up, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM, manage sales pipeline, and build client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Support in lead generation will added advantage

Additional Requirements
  • Proven experience in the ERP industry is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in deal closing, negotiation, and client handling.
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex software solutions simply.
  • Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or IT services is a significant plus.
  • Confident interacting with CXOs, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Disciplined, accountable, and focused on achieving targets.
